Felicity J Lord in Greenwich returned to winning ways 'again' in 2022, as they scooped the Top Office on Profit Award, making them the best performing Felicity J. Lord office.
The branch have tasted victory before when they were the best performing branch in 2017 and 2018, before narrowly coming second in 2019, and again winning the coveted accolade in 2020 and 2021.
