Islington Felicity J Lord (Lettings)

If you are a landlord looking to let your property, or you’re looking to rent a property in the highly sought-after area of Islington in London, Felicity J Lord Letting Agents are here to help.

Our branch may be closed but we are still working from home.  Call our normal number as usual & we would be delighted to help.

We are staying safe, please make sure you do too.

Felicity J Lord Lettings Islington is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.

Islington is always popular, thanks to its array of tube stations (three serve the area, as does the Overground and numerous bus services). It’s also close enough to the centre of London that walking is an option. Then there are the many world-class theatres (including Sadlers Wells), the stunning restaurants, bars, cafes and shops...

One of the newest developments in the area is Islington Square, on the site of the former North London Royal Mail sorting office. The development offers maisonettes, studios and apartments with up to four bedrooms, plus penthouses.

So whether you’re looking to let or rent in the area, the Felicity J Lord Lettings Islington team is here to help.

Government announces five-week cap on rental deposits- but Felicity J Lord goes one better. The government has recently confirmed that it will cut the maximum deposit for rentals of less than £50,000 to five weeks, down from six weeks. According to the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association, the reduction could force landlords out of the market. However, Felicity J Lord partnered with flatfair earlier this year to launch a solution which protects both tenants and landlords in equal measure.
