We have absolutely loved our five years in this flat. The lightness in the flat and the fact that you can see green out of every window has kept us here so long, but sadly we're now growing out of the space and in search of something bigger (even with the amount of storage the flat has!). The estate feels like a park with so many trees, and has a real community feel with an active tenants and residents association, a gardening club in the nature gardens and vegetable growing areas for residents. We use the communal washing lines to dry laundry outdoors (a real treat for a flat!), and in the summer eat almost every meal on our south-facing balcony. Sometimes we even take our dinner and wine glasses to nearby Clissold Park! There’s a children’s playground and activity clubs during school holidays for anyone with kids.
