Felicity J Lord Lettings Greenwich is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.

Greenwich has a history and grandeur unlike any other. Located on the banks of the Thames, it is home to some of the UK’s most iconic museums and historical sites, including the Old Royal Naval College, the Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory.

The area’s range of property makes it popular with students, City professionals and families. The DLR and Jubilee line from North Greenwich will get you into Canary Wharf and Central London in minutes. There are also Thameslink and Overground train services from various stations.

North Greenwich is full of new residential developments, as is Deptford, although there are some fine period properties to be had too, including Victorian terraces.

So whether you’re looking to let or rent in Greenwich, the Felicity J Lord Lettings Greenwich team is here to help.

According to the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association, the reduction could force landlords out of the market. However, Felicity J Lord partnered with flatfair earlier this year to launch a solution which protects both tenants and landlords in equal measure.
