In terms of what initially attracted me to the property, I would say three things mainly.

First, the sense of space. The flat is very well proportioned and is significantly bigger than anything else I could find at the time. It was important that I have two good-size bedrooms (each with their own bathroom, which in itself is unusual), but it was also incredibly important to have a large living space.

Second, the location. It's fantastically located for everything that, in my opinion, is great about the area. Not even two minutes walk to the tube (great for work; Bow Church DLR also very close) and a short walk to Victoria and Mile End parks (for when I'm not at work!). Transport links are also very good to Stratford (10 minutes on the bus).

Finally, nicely finished. The flat is a good spec, nice and bright and airy and just generally a very comfortable place to live!
