I received a professional service from all staff irrespective of position.I received a weekly feedback on all viewings and was given assurance at all times.I was confident about the staff as they took pride in their work which reflected on how they conducted the viewings. I was pleased with the service we received from the Hackney branch for our sale. They listened to us, from the start, and agreed to our timetable for the photographs. We were able to prepare the flat so that it looked its best in the photos and for viewings. This meant the sale went through quite swiftly and we were kept up to date very well by both Liam and Shobad. Well done all round.

I have been letting my property in Hackney with Felicity J Lord for the past two years. As a new landlord, I was nervous to begin with but I have found anyone I have had dealings with, and especially Amanda, Samantha and Jack, patient, polite and helpful as well as efficient and thorough.I would highly recommend FJL to anyone considering letting in this area as I have complete trust in the management and any advice members of the team have to offer.
