I have been working recently with Adam Wolfryd and his team at the Canary Wharf office. Adam, Andy and Daniel we would like to thank you for helping us with the sale of our flat. Your guidance and expertise throughout the process was exceptional; especially given the challenging property market affected by the major change in tax law. We couldn't have picked a worse time to decide to sell our property and yet that has hardly slowed you down. I have just completed the sale of my flat with your Canary Wharf branch. Adam Wolfryd not only sold the flat to me but also sold it for me. The first experience was exceptional hence my choice for the second one. Adams performance has been impeccable in every way from start to finish, starting with accurate information about the housing market, through to up to date contact every step of the way, and completion within 4 months. I do not consider Adam to be the stereotypical estate agent because he is unaggressive in his approach, whilst at the same time being very knowledgeable, informative and consistent. He is professional, polite, helpful and reliable; I would highly recommend him anytime to friends, relatives, or people who ask me. In addition, I live in Turkey which presented difficulties at times. Adam was able to overcome these with patience and efficiency; he also dealt effectively with my most difficult tenants. What can I say but well done Adam Wolfryd, yet again!

All the team were good but Adam in particular, worked very, very hard to keep me fully informed and provided extremely good advice on pricing and the quality of the buyers.

I have known Wei for over two years, which is roughly the time it took for me to find a suitable property. Throughout that time Wei showed immense patience, a refreshing honesty and at no point tried to push me towards a particular purchase. All the properties Wei presented me with fitted the brief I had set out, unlike many of the other estate agents I contacted with during the two year period. I dealt with Adam who I found extremely professional in the way he dealt with my questions and requests. I recently sold my property in Canary Wharf, with the team in the South Quay office of Felicity J Lord acting for me. They were professional and courteous at all times, responding quickly and keeping me updated proactively as the purchase progressed. There were a few issues which were dealt with exceptionally well. The office manager Adam and Andrew were especially professional and I recommended them.

After living in London for all of our lives at 78 we decided to move closer to our family most of who were in the outer South East counties. We chose a property next door to one of our daughters in Essex, having made the decision to move.We consulted three local estate agents, one of which was Felicity J Lord and met with Andy Gartan, who very soon became the obvious choice for us. Having impressed us at the initial meeting, he was polite and caring to all our needs and worries (this was even on his days off).An excellent communicator at all levels I would recommend him unreservedly for the help that he provides and we were exceptionally happy with the end result. Andrew handled the showing of the property and had it photographed and on the market without delay and quickly received an offer which he told me was below my asking price. A little later he said that he had persuaded the buyer to make a better offer, which I accepted. Adam Wolfryd kept in close touch with the buyer, myself and our solicitors and acted as a useful channel of communication when misunderstandings arose. The back office handled the paperwork quite well. I was very satisfied overall with the service provided.

We were looking to buy a flat for our daughter in the E14 post code. We had no experience or real knowledge of the area. Charlie immediately picked up on this and focused on finding a suitable area to meet the needs of our daughter, unlike other agents who were focused on selling a property. Charlie spent time with us, explaining the pros and cons of areas and even developments, including being available in the evenings to chat matters over on the telephone. Thanks to Charlie, we have secured a suitable flat for our daughter. Why can't all estate agents be like Charlie?
