Surrey Docks Farm is a working charitable farm. It occupies a beautiful 2.2 acre site on the south bank of the river Thames in Rotherhithe.  It is a perfect setting and environment for environmental activities throughout the calendar year, however, they have some great holiday clubs coming up for the Summer Holidays.  

 

Holiday Clubs

There are two fun clubs for kids aged 8-13 years old during the summer holidays. Clubs run from 10am-4pm. Spaces are limited to ten and prior booking is essential. 

Farm Club: Love animals? How about an urban farming experience this summer at Surrey Docks Farm? Activities include: animal care, mucking out, feeding animals, grooming, gardening & veg growing and pond dipping.Whole day session, 10am-4pm. 

Bushcraft: Would you like to become the ultimate survivalist? Are you inspired by Ray Mears and Bear Grylls? Come to Surrey Docks Farm  to learn how to build your own fire, wilderness cooking, making shelters from plants & trees and knife work.Whole day session, 10am-4pm. Book and pay online in advance.

 

Their Holiday Clubs for 8-13 year olds run from 10am-4pm. 

 

Breakfast Club: For parents who need to drop their children off early they also offer an 08:45 drop off. Breakfast club includes a basic breakfast of cereal and juice followed by a walk around the farm to see the animals and watch them being fed. Children will be accompanied by a member of staff until Holiday Clubs start at 10am. There will be an additional charge of £10 per child for Breakfast club.
